BAPIC Calendar for 2024-2025

(Most events TBA until after the September Board meeting)

2024-2025 Application and Match Dates:

  • BAPIC Fair: Friday, February 7, 2025 from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm, location TBA

  • Standard BAPIC Application deadline: Friday February 21, 2025 (postmarked/emailed by 11:59 pm PST)

  • Deadline for agencies to notify applicants who are no longer under consideration: Friday April 4, 2025

  • BAPIC Ranking deadline: Friday April 11, 2025 – ranking ends at 11:59 pm PST

  • BAPIC Match Day: Friday April 18, 2025 – results available at 8:00 am PST by logging in, and will be emailed during the day

  • BAPIC Open Match starts: Friday, April 25, 2025 at 11:00 am PST

  • BAPIC Open Match Opens to Supplemental Practicum Applications: Friday, May 23, 2025

2024-2025 BAPIC Board Meetings:

  • September 2024: Fri, 9/13 from 12-2pm on zoom

  • November 2024: Fri, 11/15 from 12-2pm on zoom

  • February 2025: Fri 2/28 from 12-2pm on zoom (date subject to change depending on the 2024 application deadline)

  • June 2025: Fri, 6/20 from 12-2pm on zoom
